This website and digital membership portal (“Site”) is operated by True North Total Wellness (“TNTW,” “we,” “us,” “our”). Throughout the Site, the terms “you” and “your” refer to visitors, customers, members, and users of the TNTW Portal and associated digital products.

TNTW offers this Site, including all information, digital content, membership areas, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”), conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here (“Terms of Service” or “Terms”).

By accessing or using any part of the Service, including browsing the Site, creating an account, enrolling in a membership, purchasing digital content, or accessing member-only areas, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service.

The TNTW Portal is hosted on Kajabi, LLC, which provides the platform enabling us to deliver our digital products, memberships, and services.

 

SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS 

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Sharing your login information, membership access, or digital downloads with any third party is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or restrict access at our discretion.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

Your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred over various networks and adapted to meet technical requirements. Payment information is always encrypted during transmission.

All products offered through the TNTW Portal—such as memberships, guided journeys, courses, meditations, workbooks, resource guides, and other digital materials—are delivered digitally.

These products may have limited availability, limited licensing rights, or restricted access based on membership level.

We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may also limit the quantity or availability of any digital offering.

SECTION 6 — BILLING, PAYMENT, AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION 

You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete billing information for all purchases made through the Site. You agree to promptly update payment details to avoid service interruption.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, if we suspect violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you remain responsible for outstanding payments.

 

SECTION 17 — DIGITAL PRODUCTS, SUBSCRIPTIONS & CANCELLATIONS 

Many TNTW products are digital and grant immediate access. By purchasing or subscribing, you agree to the following:

 

Subscription Billing

You authorize recurring billing until cancellation. Billing frequency is stated at checkout.

 

Cancellations

You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided except where required by law.

 

Access Restrictions

Membership access is personal and may not be shared. Unauthorized sharing may result in account termination.

 

Refunds

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
