Return & Cancellation Policy

1. OVERVIEW

This Return & Cancellation Policy applies to all digital products, memberships, subscriptions, guided journeys, meditations, workbooks, courses, resource guides, and other digital offerings (“Digital Products”) purchased through the True North Total Wellness (TNTW) Portal.

Because our offerings are digital and grant immediate access to protected content, all sales are generally final unless otherwise stated below.

This Policy does not apply to any physical goods (teas, spices, merchandise) sold through separate TNTW online stores.

 

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS — ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases of Digital Products—whether one-time downloads or membership-based access—are non-refundable due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital delivery.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you receive instant access to protected materials and therefore waive the right to cancel or request a refund, except where required by law.

We encourage you to review product descriptions and any available sample materials prior to purchase.

 

3. MEMBERSHIPS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Billing

When you enroll in a subscription or membership, you authorize recurring billing to your payment method at the interval selected (e.g., monthly or annually). Billing will continue until you cancel.

 

Automatic Renewal

Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

 

Price Changes

If pricing changes, you will be notified before the next billing cycle. Continued use of the membership after changes go into effect constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

 

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your membership at any time by:

  • Logging into your TNTW Portal account and following the cancellation steps, or

  • Emailing us at [email protected] with sufficient information to locate your account.

 

Effective Date of Cancellation

Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only.

  • You will continue to have access to all membership benefits through the end of your current paid term.

  • You will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining portion of the billing cycle.

  • Your membership will not renew once the current cycle ends.

This policy is standard for digital memberships and aligns with Kajabi’s billing system.

 

5. LIMITED REFUND EXCEPTIONS

Refunds are generally not offered. However, in limited circumstances and at our sole discretion, a refund may be considered if:

  • You were charged twice for the same subscription due to a technical error;

  • You experienced a verified access issue that we were unable to resolve after reasonable troubleshooting;

  • A system or billing error occurred on our end.

To request review of such an issue, email [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction and include:

  • Your full name

  • Email associated with the purchase

  • Date and amount charged

  • Description of the issue

  • Screenshots if relevant

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. All determinations are made case-by-case within the boundaries of applicable law.

 

6. PROMOTIONAL PERIODS & FREE TRIALS

From time to time, TNTW may offer promotional pricing, one-time discounts, trial periods, or introductory offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Trials convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period.

  • You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

  • Promotional rates are non-refundable unless required by law.

  • Once a promotional or trial period converts to a paid subscription, standard cancellation terms apply.

 

7. CHARGEBACKS

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Initiating a chargeback for a valid digital purchase may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of your account;

  • Revocation of access to all TNTW Digital Products;

  • Collection of any outstanding balances or fees associated with improper disputes.

We take fraudulent or unfounded chargebacks seriously and reserve all rights under applicable law.

 

8. ACCESS TERMINATION & ACCOUNT STATUS

Upon cancellation or termination:

  • Access to member-only content will end at the conclusion of the paid billing term.

  • Downloaded materials (where permitted) remain yours to keep for personal use only.

  • Shared access, unauthorized distribution, or reproduction of Digital Products is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.

 

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Return & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the TNTW Portal after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
